Audit Presenter: Samantha Brinkley, MA, SHRM-SCP CEO/HR Business Advisor, graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in English. She served as a Personnel Officer in the United States Air Force, where she attained the rank of Captain and simultaneously earned her Master of Arts Degree in Psychology from Chapman University. Ms. Brinkley has over 20 years of human resources management experience. In 2011, Brinkley established Rocket City HR (RCHR) Consulting as a woman- and veteran-owned full-service Human Resources Consulting company. Their team is comprised of highly experienced, nationally-certified HR professionals. RCHR partners with organizations of all sizes and across all industries to develop and implement HR programs. Their solutions ensure organizations have qualified, engaged employees to support business needs, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and government regulations. Ms. Brinkley has earned the designation of Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the North Alabama Society for Human Resource Management (NASHRM), and the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Economic Development Council.
