Join us for the 2019 Missile Defense Agency Small Business Programs Conference in Huntsville, AL June 25-26.

The program will include briefings from the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Office of Small Business Programs, the Directors of MDA Acquisitions, MDA Contracts and Program Office officials on relative upcoming MDA procurements. Finally, The MDA Small Business Advocacy Council (SBAC) along with applicable MDA program office representatives will be in attendance to discuss small business opportunities, one on one, with individual company representatives.

The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Small Business Advocacy Council (SBAC) will once again have a panel discussion at this year’s conference. If you have a question(s) you would like to be considered for this portion of the conference please submit your recommended question(s) via email to MDASBAC@mda.mil

Matchmaking sign up will open prior to the conference. Registered attendees will get an email with the Matchmaking registration links when they go live. Please only sign up for 3 total Matchmaking slots. This will give everyone a chance to get a slot. More slots will be made available at the conference. Make sure you don't sign up for more than one agency at the same time slot.

Cancellations

Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing via email to ndia.tennvalleychapter@gmail.com. Cancellations received by June 14, 2019 will receive a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 14, 2019. Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations.
